2. Product Condition: Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with intact labels. If the product is used, damaged, or soiled, the return request will not be accepted.
3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us through our website. The return process will be handled via WhatsApp or our contact number.
4. Return Shipping Cost: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
5. Evaluation of Returned Products: Returned products will be inspected before the return process is initiated. Once the product meets the return conditions, a refund will be issued based on your original payment method.
6. Exceptions: Personal use products, opened and used items, special orders, or products made upon customer request are not eligible for return.
